- Acknowledge that cold drinks have been ordered and confirm which drinks are required
- Collect a suitable cup or glass for each drink
- Follow instructions to make or pour each drink
- Deliver both drinks to the customer
- Indicate that the drinks have been delivered
- Return to own station in the cafe area
