The learner can:

    • Acknowledge that cold drinks have been ordered and confirm which drinks are required
    • Collect a suitable cup or glass for each drink
    • Follow instructions to make or pour each drink
    • Deliver both drinks to the customer
    • Indicate that the drinks have been delivered
    • Return to own station in the cafe area
