Assessment criteria

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • state a definition of a victim
    • identify at least 7 criminal acts and identify the victims of each of the criminal acts
    • prioritise levels of seriousness for victims of different crimes
    • identify specific effects from being a victim
    • identify at least 5 criminal acts and list the effects on victims of each of those crimes
    • identify how victims are portrayed through different media reports
