The learner can:

    • Demonstrate holding two different balances for 3 seconds.
    • Participate in a balance with a peer for 3 seconds.
    • Travel in three different ways (e.g. using feet, hands and feet, other body parts).
    • Travel at two different heights (e.g. on the floor, on a bench, on apparatus).
    • Travel at three different speeds.
