What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Identify and collect personal equipment needed for a shopping trip (money, bag, coat, medication)
- Make their way to a shop (under guidance)
- Follow and tick off a written shopping list
- Choose 2 additional desired items from the shop and state their cost
- Locate three different items in the shop
- Listen and repeat the cost of the total bill
- Exchange coins/notes to pay for items
- Wait for the till receipt
- Pack items into a bag
