- Create and send an e-mail asking if anyone wishes to order a greetings card
- Check and respond to any replies, print out an order that states the card design required
- Source the appropriate disc.
- Select the appropriate printing card required
- Select the appropriate design from the disc and print it off
- Choose a suitable sentiment to put in the card
