Be able to use a Mitre saw box to assist cutting angles in wood.

  • Use a Mitre saw box correctly to make at least one 90 degree angle cut in a piece of wood
  • Use a Mitre saw box correctly to make at least one 45 degree angle cut in a piece of wood

Be able to use a table vice to attach two pieces of wood together.

  • Secure one piece of wood in a table vice appropriately, with minimal assistance
  • Secure a second piece of wood using an appropriate method of attachment e.g. screw, nail, glue
