The learner can:
- Identify numbers 1 to 50 shown by others
- Demonstrate how to sign numbers 1 to 50 independently
- Demonstrate how to answer questions using numbers, eg their age; their year group
- Identify their own name using BSL
- Give at least three examples of everyday greetings such as 'hello' 'goodbye' and 'are you ok?'
- Give at least six examples of questions to ask others such as 'what is your name?, 'where do you live?'
