What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Demonstrate hand washing on two separate occasions, using an approved method of hand washing
    • Demonstrate how to effectively clean a food preparation area before and after food is prepared using clean cloths and hot water
