Assessment criteria

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Identify a theme they would like to use for their search eg. dogs, fish, flowers
    • Search for examples of mosaic designs using two sources eg. computer, books
    • Identify the mosaic they like the most from a choice of five
    • Choose a design and check with an appropriate person that it is suitable
    • Draw the design on a panel eg. wood, card ensuring the picture is large enough
