Assessment criteria
What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Identify 10 places that would be of interest to visitors in the local community
- Choose five places that they would like to visit and state reasons for their choices
- Choose one place they would like to plan to visit
- Identify a date for a trip
- State who they will work with or go with on the trip
- Identify the most appropriate way to get to a chosen destination using public transport
- Choose a time scale, both for the journey and also the attraction visit
- Work out the cost of the visit for the number of people going and prepare correct money
