What the learner needs to know, understand or be able to do

The learner will:

  1. Be able to participate in sensory cooking.

  2. Be able to participate in sensory laundry activities. 

Assessment criteria

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Explore at least three food items in a sensory cooking session
    • Use preferred communication system to express likes and dislikes towards explored food items
    • Use at least two different cooking tools in a sensory cooking session
    • Explore the smell of different laundry products
    • Use preferred communication system to express likes and dislikes towards explored products
    • Sort different clothes by colour 
    • Participate in sensory activities to wash clothes
    • Sort clothes by wet and dry
