The learner will:

  1. Be able to recognise and compare modern and historic technology.

  2. Be able to participate in practical activities about the Industrial Revolution.

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Label at least four inventions from the Industrial Revolution e.g. train, typewriter
    • Sort  at least four items of technology into old and new and match them e.g. typewriter and computer
    • Engage in a variety of practical activities about the Industrial Revolution inside and outside of a classroom setting e.g. train journey,  role play
