The learner can:

    • Collect personal equipment needed for a shopping trip (e.g. money, bag, coat, medication)
    • Follow verbal instructions to make their way to a shop
    • Follow and tick off items on a symbol shopping list
    • Choose 2 additional desired items from the shop
    • Follow verbal/gestural instructions to locate two items in the shop
    • Exchange coins to pay for items
    • Respond to a prompt to wait for the till receipt
    • Work with support to pack items into a bag
