- Use a map with a key to locate two leisure and two health facilities in the local community
- Explain the purpose of the following health facilities:
- doctors surgery
- opticians
- pharmacy
- hospital
- Use the Internet to find the name, address and telephone number of two local health providers
- Book an appointment making sure to record the appointment date and time
