The learner can:

    • Identify three different modes of transport used in the local community
    • Identify where on a pavement a pedestrian should walk to use it safely
    • Identify where on a road a pedestrian should walk to use it safely
    • State what traffic lights instruct a driver and a pedestrian to do
    • State two items that can be used to help keep them safe as a pedestrian
    • Demonstrate crossing a road safely
