The learner can:

    • Identify two factors which can contribute towards a healthy lifestyle
    • Identify two factors which can contribute towards an unhealthy lifestyle
    • Take part in a discussion about food groups
    • Name the different food groups
    • Identify two types of food found in each food group
    • State what each of the food groups do for the body
    • State what may happen if you don't have a balanced diet
