Assessment criteria

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • State at least two different activities that could raise their heart rate eg running, sport, dancing, going on a roller coaster, skateboarding 
    • State at least two activities that are used to lower the heart rate eg calming activities, pilates, stretching, mindfulness, grounding, breathing deeply, watching TV
