The learner can:

    • Collect data by completing a tally chart
    • Organise data into simple charts and tables
    • Answer questions about data collected and explain how this may affect what they cook
    • Make shopping list including looking for best deals or cheapest products
    • Show calculation strategies for working out deals 
    • Buy ingredients showing understanding of money
    • Demonstrate understanding of how to buy products in a shop using self-checkouts and cashier desks
