The learner can:

    • Discuss and demonstrate understanding of different soup recipes and ingredients required
    • Indicate which three soups they want to make
    • Using touch and smell, identify different ingredients for each soup
    • Demonstrate an understanding of each stage of the recipe; eg when to add liquid
    • Participate in each stage of the method of soup preparation with support as required
