Be able to discriminate between balls and other objects.
Be able to manipulate a ball in different ways.

The learner can:
- Select a ball from other objects
- Kick a ball in the direction of a given target
- Throw a ball in the direction of a given target
- Use two hands to roll a ball towards a partner
- Demonstrate an awareness of a moving ball by reaching out to stop it
