What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Work with an appropriate adult to   find community organisations that can help with three given problems e.g. housing advice, legal advice and homelessness
    • Use a website to find two sets of contact details (telephone number, email address or postal address) for local Citizens Advice
    • Explain what Citizens Advice is to a staff member
