Assessment criteria

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Name and identify at least three different materials that could be used in model making
    • Use preferred communication system to state at least one property of the materials (e.g., hard, soft)
    • Collect equipment from a list that is needed to make a model
    • Follow simple instructions to create a model
    • Follow simple positional language when creating their model
    • Connect two materials together with increased independence
