The learner can:

    • Take part in at least two agility activities (e.g., side shuffle, high knees)
    • Take part in at least two balancing activities (e.g., leg raises, hops)
    • Take part in at least two different coordination activities (e.g., throw a target, catching a ball)
    • Take part in at least two stamina exercises (e.g., squats, lunges)
    • Select six different exercises previously tried for the circuit
    • Select the appropriate equipment for each exercise
    • Set up the circuit in a given space
    • Identify how to transition around a circuit
