What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Demonstrate an understanding of different food groups and identify at least two foods within each group
    • Demonstrate an ability to plan a healthy snack/ meal on at least two occasions
    • Demonstrate an ability to identify the ingredients required to make a healthy snack/ meal on at least two occasions 
    • Demonstrate an ability to make a healthy snack/ meal on at least two occasions 
    • Demonstrate an understanding of what positive and negative mental health looks like
    • Demonstrate an understanding of different feelings they experience
    • Demonstrate an understanding of activities they can undertake to help manage own mental health
    • Demonstrate an ability to take part in a positive mental health activity for at least three weeks
