The learner can:

    • Describe what anxiety is
    • State three situations where someone might feel anxious
    • Create a body map (e.g. drawing on paper)
    • Identify areas of the body anxiety can present physically
    • Describe what the body parts feel like (e.g. hot, cold, numb, tingling)
