Assessment criteria

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Use three or more baking utensils (rolling pin, wooden spoon, cutter)
    • Use three or more methods (stirring, mixing, rolling)
    • Demonstrate their use during a minimum of three baking sessions
    • Follow simple instructions in baking, with verbal, gestural and symbolic prompts on at least three occasions
