The learner can:

    • Handle a range of 2D and 3D shapes
    • Make patterns using shapes
    • Use shapes to make 3D models
    • Explore shapes in their environment
    • Engage in one sensory activity using shapes, making choices about which shapes they prefer to use
    • Move shapes using at least two different methods e.g. sliding, pushing, squeezing, stacking, knocking
