The learner can:

    • Identify the place value when adding two-digit numbers
    • Add pairs of two-digit numbers with totals up to and including 99, using different methods
    • Identify when pairs of two-digit numbers give odd totals and even totals
    • Identify the place value when subtracting two-digit numbers
    • Subtract pairs of two-digit numbers, using different methods
    • Use addition to check accuracy of results
