The learner can:

    • Recognise and sequence written and numerical dates when planning a trip or holiday
    • Read an analogue clock to the nearest five minutes when planning a trip or holiday
    • Match analogue and digital times
    • Read and understand common fractions e.g when preparing foods for a picnic
    • Read and write numbers up to 999 when planning trips or holidays
    • Work out the cost of two items required for a holiday
    • Round up costs to the nearest 10p or nearest £1 when planning a trip or holiday
    • Add and subtract numbers to 1000 with and without carrying when solving problems related to trips, travel and holidays
