What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Identify a paint brush used in decorating, from a range of three tools commonly found in a workshop
    • Identify a paint roller used in decorating, from a range of three tools commonly found in a workshop
    • From a choice of three colours choose preferred colour to paint wall
    • Select preferred painting tool, apply paint to wall demonstrating both vertical and horizontal application
    • Choose a preferred colour, from a selection of wallpaper
    • Choose a preferred texture, from a selection of wallpaper
