Assessment criteria

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Show they can stamp their feet and bang their hands on the desk
    • Show they can dance to music or join in with just dance activities
    • Show they can move briskly to raise their heart rate
    • Show they can take part in a meditation listening activity
    • Show they can draw whilst listening to calming music
    • Show they can attempt calm movements eg stretching, pilates
