What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Collect their swimming kit
- Transition to a swimming pool
- Change into their swimming kit
- Enter a pool safely and when instructed to do so
- Move around a swimming pool with increasing independence
- Follow verbal instructions and their individual programme
- Identify when a swimming session has come to an end a exit a pool safely
