The learner will:

  1. Be able to work in a group to create an event plan and poster for a fundraising event.   

  2. Be able to take part in group activities for a fundraising event, giving preferences and opinions.

Assessment criteria

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Contribute to a group discussion identifying what is needed for an event with visual supports
    • Identify key features of fundraising posters with visual supports
    • Complete a design plan for a poster recording correct information under each heading with visual supports eg Date: 17th November
    • Type information into a poster template with verbal and gestural prompts 
    • State if they like or dislike an activity
    • Give a simple opinion of an activity with verbal prompts and visual supports 
    • Identify something they like least/most, giving reasons why with verbal and visual supports
