What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Identify three different examples of hospitality businesses in the local area eg hotels, restaurants, theme parks
- State what each of the businesses does
- Identify at least two different jobs in each business
- Produce a case study on a local hospitality business of their choice
- Produce a one-page fact file about a job in the chosen hospitality business
