The learner will:

  1. Be able to answer a closed question. 

  2. Be able to ask for items using a simple sentence.

The learner can:

    • Answer a question using Yes/No/Don’t know
    • Answer a question from a choice of options, using a communication aid, speech or sign (without pointing to the correct option)

     

    • Ask for an item using sentence starter of choice using a communication aid, speech or sign
    • Ask for two items in different contexts using sentence starter of choice using a communication aid, speech or sign
    • Say please and thank you when asking for or receiving an item/s in different contexts using a communication aid, speech or sign.
