The learner can:

    • Select at least four seasonal treats that use chocolate as a key ingredient from a list of ten seasonal treats eg chocolate truffles, Easter eggs, chocolate cake
    • Select the recipe needed to make each seasonal treat
    • Identify the ingredients section of the given recipe
    • Collect the ingredients and place them in the work area ready to be used
