- Select at least two sushi dishes from a restaurant menu or shop
- Identify the fillings in each of the selected dishes
- Select one or more fillings to use in their own dish giving reasons for their choice
- Create a labelled diagram of their sushi dish
- List the ingredients they will use to make their sushi dish
