What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Select at least two sushi dishes from a restaurant menu or shop
    • Identify the fillings in each of the selected dishes
    • Select one or more fillings to use in their own dish giving reasons for their choice
    • Create a labelled diagram of their sushi dish
    • List the ingredients they will use to make their sushi dish
