The learner will:

  1. Join in familiar number activities to explore numbers one to five.

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Show an interest in number activities
    • Join in with an adult counting to five (either verbally, using a switch or by touching items with help if needed)
    • Take or add an item to be counted
    • Experience the concept of "nothing" (i.e.when all the objects have gone)
