The learner can:

    • Take part in discussions about items to buy using chosen communication method
    • Communicate preferences for items to buy as part of discussions in a small group using chosen communication method
    • Read 10 words associated with shopping; eg bread, milk, shop, money
    • Engage with two texts related to shopping 
    • Obtain information from a written source, and answer at least two questions about the texts
