    • Label, recall and know the function of the following pieces of equipment: grinder; tamper; portafilter; jug; milk thermometer; steam wand; group head
    • Name four popular coffees
    • Explain what ingredients each coffee contains
    • Explain or show how to use the steam wand to produce steamed or frothy milk
