Assessment criteria

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • On four occasions take part in guided mindful activities
    • Take part in at least two different mindful activities including: breathing, listening to music or drawing
    • Create a mood board showing the images they would like to use as a front cover of their scrapbook
    • Create a mood board showing the images they would like to use on another page in their scrapbook
