What the learner needs to know, understand or be able to do
The learner will:
Be able to explore sensory activities linked to gardening.
Be able to show a response to practical gardening activities.
Assessment criteria
What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Explore the theme of gardening by actively participating in a sensory story
- Produce an artistic piece related to the theme of gardening with support as needed
- Participate in cooking activities relating to the theme of gardening with support as needed
- Participate in music and or dance activities relating to the theme of gardening with support as needed
- Take part in three gardening activities on at least three occasions, e.g, planting, watering, weeding, harvesting
