The learner can:

    • Identify at least five dishes from around the world
    • Use their senses to explore at least three different ingredients per dish
    • Indicate their preference for each ingredient
    • Choose dishes to make from five different countries, with support as needed
    • Use tools to prepare, with support as needed
    • Show actions to combine ingredients, with support as needed
    • Cook dishes as required using the hob or oven, with support as needed
    • Present foods appropriately, eg on a plate
