Assessment criteria

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Research the impact of at least three different lifestyle factors on health choosing from physical activity, alcohol consumption, smoking, stress, diet and sleep
    • Present their findings in the form of a poster or PowerPoint presentation
    • Research lifestyle questionnaires and the information that they should include
    • Use their research to create their own lifestyle questionnaire
