The learner will:

  1. Be able to understand where certain foods should be stored

  2. Be able to store a range of different foods in the correct storage area

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    Identify one type of food that should be stored in each of the following places: fridge, freezer, cupboard Store at least one of each of the following foods in the correct area/appliance: dairy product, frozen product, tinned product and packet product
