The learner can:

    • Choose at least one meat or vegetarian filling
    • Choose at least two salad ingredients 
    • Choose a flat bread
    • Identify the equipment they will need eg chopping board, sharp knife, etc
    • Identify if any ingredients need to be cooked eg meat
