    • Carry out simple, single step instructions to keep the environment clean
    • Identify three basic pieces of equipment and know how to use these safely with help
    • Identify two different electrical appliances found in a kitchen and indicate their uses
    • Take part in activities using different basic cooking equipment
    • Follow health and safety guidance when using basic cooking equipment
