The learner can:

    • Identify and read at least three different types of written information in a retail context
    • Respond to questioning around different written information in a retail context, using a word bank with support
    • Identify at least three pieces of information needed to write a letter of application
    • Respond to questioning around a  job advertisement, using a word bank with support
    • Create a letter of application using simple sentences and using a word bank and template with support
