Employment

This pathway supports young people to raise their aspirations by exploring what the world of work might mean to them. This could range from interactions with the world of work to preparing for a move into full time employment. It covers exploring job opportunities, work experience and careers advice and guidance to help young people with their decision-making. Activities could also cover opportunities for volunteering, supported internships, self employment, traineeships and apprenticeships.
