What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Read and write numbers 1-10 when looking at television channel or a remote control
    • Order numbers up to 10 in numerical order
    • Use images, leaflets or media to find out about TV programmes or music
    • Compose a simple sentence (written word or symbols) to communicate about a TV programme or musician they like
    • Sort TV programmes by a single criteria e.g. children's programmes
    • Recognise and read up to 10 symbols relating to TV or music
